Family Friendly Restaurants in Saundersfoot and Tenby

 Kookaba, Saundersfoot - The Kookaba is a family friendly, Australian themed restaurant. The service is friendly and most importantly fast so you won't need to worry too much about trying to entertain a tired and hungry toddler while waiting for your food. The children's menu ranges from burgers to pizzas and the child's dishes are all named after Australian animals. Highchairs which clip on to the table are available. This restaurant gets booked up pretty far in advance during the main six weeks so you should definitely call a few days ahead to book

Smugglers, Amroth - Smugglers is little outside of Saundersfoot but Amroth has a lovely beach and sea-front of its own and is well worth a visit on a day out. Smugglers restaurant has plenty of space, highchairs available, children's menu and, perhaps best of all, a child's play area. The play area is most suited to children of around 3-10 but there is also space for toddlers to play.

The Mulberry Restaurant, Saundersfoot - This restaurant is located in the centre of Saundersfoot and run a children's menu up until 7pm which ranges from Spaghetti Bolognese to cod bites. Highchairs available and there are baby changing facilities.

The Old Chemist Inn, Saundersfoot - This pub/restaurant occupies a prime position on the sea-front in Saundersfoot with direct access to the beach from the large beer garden, from where you can sit and relax while watching your older children play on the beach. There is a children's menu which ranges from a tomato pasta dish to sausages or fish goujans. Highchairs are available and there is also baby changing facilities. In the restaurant there are a selection of travel games and colouring books to keep children entertained while waiting. Dogs are also welcome in the beer garden and bar area. Our apartments Mermaid, Sea View, Sea Urchins and Dolphins are located over The Old Chemist Inn.

Baytree Restaurant, Tenby - The Baytree Restaurant is located in the heart of Tenby. There is a children's menu and smaller portions of adult dishes can be catered for. There are highchairs and baby changing facilities available.

Galloping Major, New Hedges - A spacious restaurant with plenty of room for families. High chairs are available and there is a children's menu. There is an outside play area which is perfect for keeping the kids entertained whilst you wait for your food.

The Mermaid On The Strand, Saundersfoot - Overlooking Saundersfoot beach and bay, this restaurant offers children colouring books and crayons while they wait. There is an extensive childrens menu ranging from tomato linguine to BBQ ribs or fishcakes and they even offer a 'babies dinner' of mash, carrots, peas and gravy for £2.50.
