Saundersfoot will be turned into a Winter Wonderland once again this weekend, 2nd - 4th December, with the Annual Saundersfoot Christmas Market.
Over the last few years the market has gone from strength to strength and continues to attract visitors to the seaside village. The indoor market takes place on the sea-front harbour and is housed in a heated marquee with up to 60 stalls showcasing the best local food, drinks, gifts, crafts and more.
Cooking demonstrations by celebrity chefs Angela Gray and Anthony Evans as well as local chef Arno Tiesing (of The Mulberry, Saundersfoot), will offer warm winter food ideas and there will be plenty of Pembrokeshire produce to taste and buy.
At 6pm on the Friday, Santa Claus will arrive to turn on the Saundersfoot Christmas lights and he will be returning over the weekend in the magical Santas Grotto.
The market is open from 10am - 7pm on the Friday, 10am - 8pm on the Friday and 10am - 5pm on the Friday with local duo Sandalwood providing festive music for the event. Unlimited admission across the weekend is £2.00 per person (kids under 10 go free when accompanied by an adult) and daily raffles will be held with the chance to win seasonal hampers.
So pop on down to taste, buy and experience the best that Pembrokeshire has to offer!
Puffin Cottage Holidays still have limited accommodation available for the weekend so contact us or visit our website for more information on our Pembrokeshire Holiday Cottages.

New country cottages
In the past few weeks Puffin Cottage Holidays has taken on two new self catering Pembrokeshire cottages.
Cefn Mor is a three bedroomed self catering holiday cottage just a short distance from the seaside village of Amroth where you will find a a delightful selection of pubs, restaurants, cafes and seaside shops, a wonderful sandy beach and the start of the Pembrokeshire Coast Path. This part of Pembrokeshire is filled with scenic walking trails and beaches which can be enjoyed as much during your winter holiday as they can in the summer and, as this cottage allows pets, your best friend can join you on your holiday.
4 Hanbury Lodge is located in the quiet village of Jeffreyston and is surrounded by the rolling Pembrokeshire countryside and scenic woodland walks. This self catering holiday cottage is set in private grounds, so is the perfect retreat for anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing cottage holiday. A cosy log burner is to be installed in the cottage at the end of October - just in time for you to enjoy a peaceful family Christmas away from it all!
Both cottages are set in the more rural part of Pembrokeshire so you can enjoy a truly relaxing holiday retreat, whilst still being close enough to enjoy the beautiful beaches and spectacular coastal scenery that Pembrokeshire has to offer.
